Kennedy Town Hare - Slut Entrails Hashers - Slut Entrails, Comes Up the Rear, Calamity C*nt, Sticky Sex Toy, Octopussy, Pole Dancer, Indyanus, Hopeless, Nick, Freebie, Pipe Rider, Cute Boar Butt Write-up - Hopeless This week sees the first of a Double Header - but more of that later. This was “Redemption Run” from Slut Entrails. His first haring, an ambitious A to B, was a strong talking point, with the hare determined to put more markings “I used FIVE times as much flour this time on a much shorter trail”. But the real talking point was Freebie’s (note the spelling) interesting topic/theory/belief that the length, or even presence of a male’s hair on his head relates directly to the “length of his thingy”. This was followed up by a claim that she had seen “thousands of thingies” – although did not elaborate further on the use of those objects. Amazing what stems from an innocent conversation regarding the Princess of Wales’s recent “Doctor’d” family photo. Back to our Swedish hare and his briefing. Only three marks on the ground, an arrow, a Circle and a “T”. A 5km trail was predicted and we’d be back in an hour. YAY! Back to old style LSWH3 hashing. Indyanus had already departed 30 minutes early, so, promptly at 7pm the rest were sent past M&S and Jollibee, in the direction of the original start point, hastily changed that morning. First Check by the steps saw Hopeless as the only one who went up, the rest, led by Poledancer, opting for the road route towards the waterfront. There followed a very old trail going up “all the way to the battery” quipped CUTR the terracing, broken reclining wall, rubbish dump, and, yes, finally, the WWII trail up to the top of Mount Davis. Well found by the hare who only recce’d the day before. The use of a “T” was for Check Backs the pack discovered, helping keep everyone together. Over Mount Davis and back via another old and broken trail, with many rope sections, back to Mount Davis Road. Piperider decided to pump the brakes by using her knee on a fence to slow her down before the road, not advisable! Sticky Sex Toy brought up the rear, last in, clocking around 4km and 55 minutes for trail - good effort by the hare! So next week - same place, same time, different hare and…… different route (maybe!). SET - when asked about the trail being in Kennedy Town, said he set it there as did not know that area and was a good way to check it out!!!😀 Freebie - up the hilly shiggy trail to the check on the path - first there to find true trail.. closely followed by Pipe Rider / Octo / Cute Boar Butt Yours truly Indy - had started early on trail uphill but torch blowout.. at the check on the path… Comes Up The Rear - late arrival, gets to that uphill check that was marked in direction to go along path, checks marking, sees ‘Moi’ and asks ‘Which way?’…. drrr? Calamity C - gets to the check , goes along correct path… then stays in same position not moving for 3 minutes… what was wrong ? Injury ? Torch blowout ? Nope - just checking her text messages !!😂🤔🤣 Freebie > Pole Dancer - (in bash absentia ).. moving like a greyhound.. with dark clothing too fast to be seen… around the trail in 40 mins.. Nick - managed to get around the trail without GPS guidance.. yeh!! on his first LSW run he got lost going from his place at Stone Nullah Lane to the A playground only 200 metres away !! Freebie > Nick.. mother / son duo… did trail together.. so Nick would not get lost.. 🤣 SET - just managed to sneak in setting the trail before flying off to see Slutovitch the next day… say hi!! Record Breakers at bash - SET / CBB / SST - the record breakers volunteering to set a run together … May 1 Public Holiday!!
