The trail:
The run started by the Tennis Courts half way uphill to Bowen Road. It was probably the most humid day in HK ever! I was already sweating buckets just walking up to Bowen Road. From there you turn right and then up to the side of the playground. I could hear two ladies chatting away, going through obstacles, and in view it was JJ and Pying. The never ending steps takes you up to Magazine Gap Service Reservoir Playground.

Up the maintenance service ladder to Magazine Gap Rd. Cross the road then up the short trail to Barker Road where you go right then you end up with a "CB". The right trail was up the slope to Lloyd Path where the road was quite slippery. The trail continued on Severn Rd past the Fresh Water Reservoir built in 1965 on the right, and past the Residence of Secretary for Justice on the left.

Then down the very slippery single concrete trail on Peak Road by the Petrol/Gasoline Station. Felt like I was wearing skates the whole way down, trying to keep my balance in style, but alas, I failed and face planted.

Run down past the posh apartments and GSIS on Guildford Road and Watford Road and back into the jungle. Down the very technical trail where an open Check at the bottom of HK trail. Correct trail is left to Aberdeen Upper Reservoir. Cross road to Wanchai Gap then to long and winding Dutch Lane trail then On Home.

Winky Twinkie opted not to run as he had come down with shingles and instead opted to enjoy (5+) cold beers with Dogshit, Indy and South Side Hash Toy!
