Good turnout of around 30 runners consist of most of regular LSW hashers and newbies gathered at the end of Mount Parker Road.

Hare, Rooted explained a run as "9K for Long Run, 8K for short run. Both include "Shiggy Section" but NOT like Hanna Montana's shiggy!!. Kind of a Lollipop run, so going up Mount Parker Road"

As hare told us, we started climbing up Mount Parker Road. FRBs like Chessy, Pole Dancer and Burning Lust might be briskly running up but I didn't try to catch them up and walking carefully and slowly. That's because I feel a slight pain on my knee (that's unusual to me...) and most importantly, I can't get any hash-crash since I'm having 3 haring in next 7 days. To conclude, I have never seem that FRBs up to the end of trail...

After climbing 1k of Mount Parker road, we off to Quarry Bay Tree Trail, passed WWII Cooking Pots and Stoves and then turn right to first "Shiggy Section". Some are slippery and vertical but as a trend, "NICE" shiggy and exactly "NOT like Hanna Montana's Shiggy" as hare stated.

Following that shiggy section, we got back to very organised Hong Pak Country Trail and enjoyed 2.5k of comfortable trail running, and off to the dirt again, and via Mount Parker Viewing Point finally come back to Mount Parker Road.

Wimps was just running down MPK to A and Rambos included a 1k more loop via Quarry Bay Jogging Trail.

It took 1:12, 8K and 800cal for Rambos. Quite decent and nice trail. Thank you for great run, Rooted.
