Hares - Bobbledick & Hopeless

Bobbledick lowered the threshold of LSW H3 by having only FOUR RUNNING HASHERS on this run, including the Co-Hare.

Not his fault, called into action to set a run on Xmas Eve, and it had to be an early start in order to finish in time for Carol singing, the efforts of the hares, and Bob's "live haring" in particular were not appreciated by the masses. Run start was 5pm from the HK Yacht Club Car Park, bins hosted out of Hopeless's car!

Come on you apathetic bunch - ONLY THREE PEOPLE have bothered to respond to Tao's efforts to set a run next week on the 31st December. If she gets a poor response, we'll end up with no run on New Year's Eve and a call for drinks only. Sad days from the early 90's years of 100+ runners. "Now is the time for all good people to come to the aid of the party".

THE RUN - from Causeway Bay "Kellet Island", along waterfront via some zigzagging to star ferry, up through HK Park, onto Kennedy Road, and loop back into the Yacht Club. Mullered Wine and Mince Pies awaited the 4 runners, hare, and Motormouth who was passing through on the way to hear the Welsh Choir!

Down-downs were awarded to everyone for turning up, including non-runner Motormouth!

Marmalade Head kept tradition going by singing the Hash Song by himself as we left the Yacht Club!!

Next Run 1390 - New Years Eve Wednesday 31st December 2003

A very short run will be set for 5pm followed by drinks and snacks, so it serves as a nice warm-up for those going on to their respective NYE parties.

If you intend to go, please email Tao by Dec 29

If they don't get any more people than the last run then there won't be a run at all but just drinks at their house. Now don't all rush in 'cos they're not about to throw a party.

Meeting point - 5pm, little park on Caine Road, junction off Seymour Road, Midlevels.

Hares - Hashzilla & Robert
