The Nut Cut Trio "Quality On On" Run

The Run

About 25 hardy hashers assembled in the gloom under the concrete of Tsing Yi MTR station and bus stops.

Venus Shum was well represented at this run by having her run of last year recycled as run #1231! Saying that, it was a well marked run (set on Sunday!), unless you were Geez Wayne or Dave Kilburn. Wayne's plight can be put down to bad eyesight, whereas Dave's is more the disorientation experienced after having a crap on the run!

Out along the waterfront of Tsing Yi, a confusing check back at the bus station, before we finally found Venus's trail which took us up the pagoda and the Wimp / Rambo split. Most of us knew the Rambos would be a big loop over the top of the hill, except, again, Wayne. Having been met by the returning Rambos, tact was the better side of valour, as Wayne decided to follow us into the finish.

80 minutes for the average Rambo, which was fine with the low temperatures, and the need for several Hashers to continue their fitness/weight control program after the excesses of Xmas!

Down Downs

The On On was at the usual Chinese/Thai chaos. Plenty of food once the "chief" Hare ordered it! Hopeless awarded the Down Downs, helped by Hash Cash as follows:

Nut Cut - chaos at the On On.

Aster - useless translator - asked for cold beer, and got a bucket of ice.

Rizwan - asking Asther for advice on "how o swallow".

Big Bitch/Hash Cash - doing Venus's run!

Bobbledick - starving his dogs to death.

Vanity Fair - boring Dana to death with tales of how he met his wife.

The Cowans - abandoning their new baby and having fun by coming to the Hash!
